How the Custom Process Works: This product listing serves as your Initial Design Deposit. Purchasing this listing secures your spot in our production queue and assigns a dedicated jewelry designer to your project.
- The Consultation: Once the deposit is paid, our team contacts you (via emai:support@aumpex.com) to discuss your concept, budget, and specs.
- The Blueprint (CAD): We create a professional 3D CAD design for your approval. You see exactly what the piece will look like before we cast a single gram of gold.
- Final Quotation: Based on the final weight and stone count, we provide the final price. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost.
- Production: We hand-craft your piece using the finest materials available.
Limitless Possibilities:
- Metals: Solid 10K, 14K, 18K Gold (Yellow, White, Rose) or Platinum.
- Stones: VS/VVS Natural Diamonds, Lab-Grown Diamonds, or VVS Moissanite.
- Enamel: Custom hand-painted enamel detailing (Azure Blue, Onyx Black, etc.).

- 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Engraved = Final Sale: Please note that Engraved or Customized items are yours forever and cannot be returned.
- Crafting Fee: Monetary refunds are subject to a 30% crafting & material fee to cover the labor invested in your piece. We highly recommend Exchanges or Store Credit to avoid this fee.
