Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment At AUMPEX, we stand behind the heavy craftsmanship of every piece. We want you to feel like a boss when you wear our jewelry. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we’ve got you covered with a 14-day return and exchange window.

1. Return Eligibility (14-Day Window) You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Promotional Gifts: If your order included a free gift, it must be returned with the item. If not, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

2. Refund Scope & Fees

  • What is refunded: The product price only.
  • What is NOT refunded: Original shipping fees, shipping protection/insurance, customs duties, and taxes.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges & Store Credit Need a different size or style? We make exchanges easy. For exchanges, we charge a standard outbound shipping fee (e.g., $6.99 for US orders) to send the replacement item to you. Store credit or exchanges apply solely to the original item value.

4. Final Sale Exceptions (Non-Returnable) The following items are made exclusively for you or restricted by hygiene standards, and are Final Sale (No Returns, No Exchanges):

  • Earrings & Grillz: For strict hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Engraved Jewelry: Any item customized with our engraving service.
  • Custom Projects & Solid Gold: Full custom designs, made-to-order nameplate pendants, or solid gold/moissanite upgrades.
  • Altered Items: Rings or chains that have been resized or modified at your request.
  • Clearance / Mystery Boxes.

5. Damaged / Wrong Items (48-Hour Rule) If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours may incur a shipping fee, and claims after 7 days may not be processed.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email support@aumpex.com or visit our Return Portal within 14 days of receipt. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  • Approval: Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and instructions.
  • Ship It: You must use a trackable shipping method. Returns without a tracking number will not be processed, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.
