Shipping Policy

At AUMPEX, we balance heavy craftsmanship with street-ready speed. Whether you're grabbing a ready-to-ship piece or investing in a custom made-to-order design, we ensure your jewelry is handled with the highest luxury standards from our vault to your door.

1. Processing Times (When will my order ship?) We operate on a hybrid production model to bring you the best of both worlds:

  • Ready-to-Ship : We keep a limited stock of our highest-demand pieces. These items process and ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Made-to-Order: Craftsmanship takes time. Most of our jewelry is hand-crafted to order to ensure precision, heavy weight, and premium quality. Please allow approximately 14 business days for our jewelers to mold, set, and polish your item before it ships. (Note: If you select our Complimentary Engraving service, your piece is automatically considered Made-to-Order).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Once your order has finished processing and leaves our facility, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (4–8 Business Days):
    • Orders under $98: $6.99
    • Orders over $98: FREE
  • Express Shipping (2–5 Business Days via DHL/UPS):
    • All Orders: $19.99 (Highly recommended for high-value items or gifts).

> Please Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 or 14 Days) + Shipping Time.

3. Important Shipping Details

  • No P.O. Boxes: To ensure the safety and security of your high-value package, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address where a signature can be obtained.
  • Address Security: For your protection, we cannot intercept or change the delivery address once a package has been shipped. Please double-check your address at checkout.
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains a mix of "Ready-to-Ship" and "Made-to-Order" items, they may be shipped separately so you can get your available gear as soon as possible. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order drops, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link.
